About Doomsday Comedy - Stand-up Comedy on Tour

Doomsday Comedy is a touring stand-up comedy show created by Jonas Skogstroll and Snorre Bue. Every lineup features comedians with personal experience of religious fundamentalism — people who grew up with doomsday warnings, strict rules, and the difficult journey of leaving closed communities behind.

Through dark humor and honest storytelling, the show turns painful experiences into shared laughter. Performers also bring broader comic material beyond religious themes. Doomsday Comedy has toured in Norway, Sweden, the UK, and New Zealand, with shows linked to peaceful advocacy for children's rights outside Jehovah's Witness conventions.
